Understanding Jurisdiction and Law Enforcement in Indian Country This online training is specifically designed to meet accreditation standards for agencies by providing initial and ongoing retraining every four years for all new sworn personnel and relevant professional staff. The course covers the key topics required under the Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program, Chapter 30, including Jurisdiction, Tribal Sovereignty, Law Enforcement Powers, and the Tribal Judicial System, including Court Orders and Warrants. You'll have a total of 3 days to complete the training, however, it is less than 30 minutes long and can be completed in one sitting.
